About these terms
These terms apply when you use scalpmicroproclinic.com or our booking site, book an appointment, or receive a service from Scalp Micro Pro Clinic ("we", "us"). By booking or using the site you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Our services
Scalp micropigmentation is a cosmetic tattoo procedure. It is not a medical treatment and does not regrow hair. We do not perform hair transplants: we offer guidance and refer you to specialists if a transplant is right for you.
Results vary from person to person and depend on skin type, aftercare and other factors. Photos on our site and the hair previews we create show what is possible; they are not a guarantee of your result. AI previews are illustrations generated by software.
You must be at least 18 years old to book a service.
Your health information
Some services require you to answer health questions and sign a consent before your appointment. Please answer completely and truthfully. We may reschedule or decline a service if it would not be safe for you, and we will tell you why.
Booking, deposits and cancellations
Prices, deposits and what each service includes are shown when you book. Some services require a deposit or full payment to hold your time; it is applied to the price of your service.
Up to 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit becomes credit with us, valid for 12 months. It does not come back as money. With less than 24 hours, or if you do not show up, the deposit is lost.
You can reschedule twice at no cost within that same window.
If we have to cancel or move your appointment, we will offer you a new time or, if you prefer, refund what you paid for that appointment.
Payments and financing
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Financing, when offered, is provided by Cherry, subject to their approval and their own terms; we are not the lender.
Referral program
If you join our referral program, the discount for your friend and the credit you earn are described when you join and on your booking. Credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and expires as stated. We may change or end the program; credit you already earned stays valid until it expires.
Text messages
By giving us your mobile number when you book or ask about our services, you agree to receive texts from Scalp Micro Pro Clinic about your request and appointments: confirmations, reminders, changes and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to stop receiving texts. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at scalpmicropro@gmail.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your photos
Photos you send us or that we take of you are used to prepare and carry out your service and the previews you asked for. We will not publish them on our website or social media without your separate written permission.
Using our site
Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, or submit false information or bookings. The content, photos and design of the site belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be copied without our consent.
Limits of our responsibility
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from using the site, and our responsibility for any service is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Disputes will be handled in the courts serving Greensboro, NC.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. The terms in force when you book apply to that booking.
